In appreciation for you signing up, please enjoy the following Anti Stress and Anxiety process.

This has the ability to change your state of mind and emotions in minutes.

We all experience difficult situations

It's a fact of life.

But whether it causes a Stressful or Anxiety ridden response is our choice.

Tough times can actually be beneficial for us. Forcing us to grow beyond what we thought our limits were. Creating more strength and vitality. Both physically and mentally.

Stress and Anxiety are actually signals that we are preparing ourselves to take action.  We know that there's something that must be done. Our body senses that more energy will be needed. And it produces adrenaline sufficient to overcome the challenge.

This is an excellent process that has been saving us since the early days of man. When we were Fighting dinosaurs, Fleeing them, or Freezing still to hopefully escape their hungry eyes .

The problem lies when we don't take action and get stuck in the Freeze state.

All that adrenaline continues to grow. Leaving us feeling on edge and sometimes completely out of control.

The best thing to do is to take action.  Do whatever is possible to resolve the situation and see yourself moving forward.

In times when that's not an immediate option. Or there is too much stress to function properly in the moment, this exercise will act as a quick pressure release valve. Enabling you to see things through to completion.

Stress and Anxiety Release

Stress and Anxiety Release

When we focus on a situation in the wrong way, we experience stress and anxiety. The more we think about things in the wrong way, the more neural pathways are created to always think in that way.

This exercise helps to break those habitual ways of thinking. Thus giving you the opportunity to see more solutions to your problem. Rather then disasters.

Our eyes have a huge influence on how we think. Have you ever noticed how peoples eyes tend to move all over the place when they're describing different things.  They are actually accessing information.

Do this right now.

- Think about something you recently did that made you feel really happy.

- Now think of something you're excited for in the future.

Do this again. But this time, notice what direction your eyes move for either situation.

You should have a preference for either one.

Once you've determined which ways which, you can even try to look an opposite direction for the above exercise and find it may not feel right.       (So if you looked left for something in the past, look right and notice the difference.)

That's because you're looking down another path then you're used to. We tend to look in specific directions for whatever bits of information we want.

Ranging from if something is in the past or future. How something looks, feels , or sounds like. Or any other thoughts we may have.

You get to use that very same natural process for your benefit!

Here's How!

Find a ball, keys, or anything that can be tossed and caught.

Taking them in one hand begin to toss them back and forth.  If you can toss them from stomach level to over head all the better.  The main thing is to keep it in control.  As well as have the greatest amount of directions for your eyes to move in. Actually juggling the ball in a circle will have some of the greatest impact.

After you've become comfortable tossing the item, begin to consider the situation you're working through.

Notice how it's possible to see other ways of accomplishing your outcome.

How you may hear other options ringing in your ears.

And even the way you feel about it ... can change.

As you've been moving your eyes with your item toss, you've been accessing many different ways in which you can find solutions.

You've been creating whole new neural pathways. Allowing you to find possibilities and opportunities that you just didn't see before!

The more you practice this, the more you will find benefit in it.

(And you won't be as concerned with dropping your object;) )

Don't you love it when something simple can have tremendous impacts!
